History of the Seigneury of Annevoie

Dating from the end of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century, the Seigneurie d'Annevoie was partly rebuilt, then enlarged, by Charles-Alexis de Montpellier in 1759, himself at the origin of the adjoining Annevoie Gardens._cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Taken over and renovated over the years, it served as a farm and riding school for a while before leaving its spaces to theevent. We can stillto notice  some traces of its past, cleverly hidden in certain corners of the courtyard.

 

Located on the edge ofMeuse, the Lordship takes place atheart du villagefrom Annevoie, formerly famous for its forges.
