At La Seigneurie, your event will take on heights.
Dating from the end of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century, the Seigneurie d'Annevoie was partly rebuilt, then enlarged, by Charles-Alexis de Montpellier in 1759, -even at the origin of the adjoining Annevoie Gardens. Its barn crowned with amagnificent exposed frameworkand adorned withtapestries and hunting trophieswill be the setting for your receptions, exhibitions and other cultural or professional events. It opens via a large double-leaf door onto the inner courtyard, exuding the charm of old Meuse stones. This lends itself easily to the addition of a marquee for your larger events or a bouncy castle to the delight of the youngest. Totally closed, you will enjoy a feeling of exclusivity.
The pretty Church of Saint Anthony the Hermit, adjoining and recently restored, will host your wedding celebration.

Equipped with aadequate lighting, it also lends itself to the organization ofexhibitions, ofparades, step ofrally of ancestors,family reunions, etc.

The court de 600 m² is completely walled. It lends itself easily to the installation of a marquee, a bouncy castle or stalls.

Exclusivity of your event : for your convenience, we only accept one event per weekend. To allow you to install your decoration and other materials, the places will be accessible from Friday 2 p.m. until Sunday at the same time. In this way, you will make the most of your reception, so that you can tidy up the place on Sunday.

* For the beauty of the place, we have chosen to keep the framework visible. It is therefore not possible to heat the barn in winter. The rental period therefore opens frommid-May to end of September.
*Material availableon site: heated parasols, garden chairs, white umbrellas... Caterers often have all the equipment needed to receive your guests. Another solution is to use the services of an event equipment rental company: in this way you will chooseallthe details of this big day!
